Frequent platform freezes, shutdowns, and security vulnerabilities hindered growth and revenue generation. A Scalable, High-Performance Platform with Enhanced SEO

Haystack proposed a comprehensive rebuild of Camboticket’s platform to address performance, scalability, and SEO challenges. The back-end transition involved migrating from PHP to a modern tech stack featuring Node.js, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Redis, ensuring improved reliability and scalability. On the front-end, Vue.js or React.js was considered to enhance responsiveness and user experience. Additionally, mini apps were developed for key partners like Wing and ABA to streamline integration. The rebuild followed an agile, sprint-based approach with monthly steering committee reviews to maintain structure and collaboration.

To further enhance Camboticket’s online presence, a detailed technical SEO audit was conducted. Performance optimizations included enabling text compression, minifying CSS, and eliminating unused JavaScript to speed up load times. URL conflicts were resolved by fixing broken links and implementing proper rel=canonical tags. Accessibility improvements, such as text contrast adjustments, zoom functionality, and mobile-friendly interactive elements, were also introduced to improve usability and search rankings.
